Return Policy

There will be no returns accepted due to maufacturers' return policy.  Unauthorized returns will have 50% restocking fee.

If you like to exchange your item(s) please follow the exchange policy below.

Exchange Policy

1.  Product(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, undamaged, unworn, and with tags attached) in original packaging.

2.  If you are not happy with your color and like to exchange the same item(s) for a different color.  A shipping and handling fee of $15 will apply to color exchange.

3.  Requests for exchnge must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s).

4.  Exchange must be authorized by TheWigFashions.Com with RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) #.  E-mail salesupport@thewigfashions.com to request your RMA #.  Please allow up to 2 business days for response.

5.  Exchange item(s) must be returned to TheWigFashions.Com within 10 days from receipt of the RMA #.

6.  On the package, the RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
